We ship across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and GCC countries. For international orders, please contact us.

2. Delivery Times

UAE: 1–3 business days
Saudi Arabia: 3–5 business days
GCC: 5–7 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over AED 250. For smaller orders, shipping starts from AED 25 depending on the destination.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order on the "Track Order" page.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a damaged product or your order does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) and we will investigate and resolve immediately.
